Description
During a navigation session, the HMI give an overview of the incomming path and traffic on it thanks to a colored line on the top of the gmaps view.
The entire path is shown, even if it's not the case in the driving rendering, in order to let the user be warmed of any traffic jam in time.. and not just kilometers before!
The red segment give you some information, for example distance/time before the traffic jam.
More over, it's possible to click on the red segment of the line in order to get a menu "Avoid traffic jam".
The available actions could be:
- avoid just this segment
- find an alternative
But, it implies that the user will manipulate the phone in driving.. could be not very safety!
At last but not least, could you give a way to weight the different element taken into account in the otpimal path finding. I mean a simple way to choose wide of road (country one or highway), elevation information (ecologic point), minimal number of red light crossed, etc. Of course, you can provide a way to associate a ponderation set to a pair {profil / time}.

Imagine, some of them just let their Android on some good spot arround the table.. and phones detect automaticly the good instant to capture/upload/share on G+... could be awsome don't you think?!

Taking into account all the contacts (Android contact list / gmail contact) or some of them through group, could be nice to get some maps automaticaly generated !

As with Google Maps, could be interesting to modify Navigation paths by just modifying the location of some check points.
Be carefull: path saved thanks to GMaps can't be correctly exported to Android/Navigation even with a link from GMaps.. :-o
Google Android: pict panorama
Description:
Taking pictures continuously, the previous one is shown as a square on the screen.
An option help to get a panorama automatically when rotating the phone, area correctly captured is shown in light green. It's not recording a movie, just a pano ;)
